Do not submerge your board in water or “soak”

Do not place in the dishwasher

Wipe clean with mild soap and water – let air dry on a clean dry towel

Re-oil and wax as needed

Do not use cooking oils because they do go rancid

Recommended oils: Cutting Block oils and/or waxes

WI Birch uses Clarks Oil and Wax Products

Buff with 400 Grit sandpaper if board begins to feel rough

*Cheeses and Meats can leave an oily residue on the board but should wash out with mild soap and water.
